Jenifer Agpaoa is a forward thinker with a gift for bringing people together and a deep commitment to making the world a better place. A wife, mother of five, and avid outdoor sports enthusiast, she is a proud Antiochan who is dedicated to seeing her community thrive.

Kathy Robinson

Board Member

Kathy Robinson is a technology and business solutions leader with experience in public service, project management, and organizational leadership. As an Antioch homeowner and community member, she is passionate about strengthening the community, supporting revitalization, and helping create a city where residents and local businesses can thrive. Kathy is proud to bring her leadership and collaborative experience to the Board of Take Care of Antioch.

Sara Blanco

Treasurer & Board Member

An Antioch resident, Sara has a decade of expertise in financial wellness, including a background in coaching individuals in personalized budgeting, debt management, and homeownership planning, as well as leading public workshops on diverse financial topics.

Sara is guided by a belief in supporting grassroots initiatives that ensure everyone has access to healthy resources, clean green spaces, and vibrant local waterways. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UCSC. Sara is also an independent media producer as well as a dedicated advocate for survivors of violence and their loved ones. She enjoys camping, gardening, birdwatching, and mostly spending time with her partner and pets.

Theresa Phillips

Secretary & Board Member

Theresa is a proud mother of two and grandmother of two. She serves as Secretary and Board Member of Take Care of Antioch.

With over 50 years of experience in customer service, Theresa has dedicated much of her life to helping others. She also spent many years working as a makeup artist, where she enjoyed making people look and feel their best.

Theresa has a genuine love for Antioch and is passionate about her community. She believes in bringing people together, making a positive difference, and helping make Antioch a better place for everyone.
